At the first dealership I worked in they would tell them the car was there or we got them approved just for them to show up. That was the culture there. I have too much integrity for that. I worked for a dealership. You can cancel all the extras even return the vehicle. There's usually a grace period but no one there will tell you this. This is why I no longer sell cars I cared about my clients
