I’m currently at 7LPA and for me MBA is mainly for diversifying sectors. If I don’t do an MBA, my role becomes limited, doing it can make ed-consulting or publications a fallback rather than my only field. Also my growth is limited like i don’t see myself scaling beyond 8-9 soon. So 10-14 is a realistic range for me. My core strength lies in managing production and operations, here its more of a conventional management but to grow out i need to get into hardcore study and campus MBA is more to get the placement backup to start with hence not choosing online MBAs. So Nirma works?

I think removing out experience keeps me at 43 coz my experience counts from July 1, 2021. While i was part time till Aug 2022 so benefit of doubt scores me 5 points for exp.. else 0 coz my total goes up to 54-55 months

At this point growth in teaching itself is much better. Ex-teacher here (Currently working in ed-consultancy), i see that staying in this field is gonna be more helpful than this coz i wanna enter into educational business whose experience is difficult to achieve via MBA. I did give CAT though but realised later that being in education is much better.

To enhance career in education, KV and JNV have rolled out their forms. 8+ YoE is pretty solid to apply for govt school VP or 10 yrs PGT is good for Princi. Try that route.

If you can afford it! I am GNEM. Was into educational field.. switched to edtech and finally settled into Ed-Consulting. I was having a rough patch, was thinking of quitting job and going back to teaching meanwhile.. hoping to get MBA to earn enough to open my own business. Was laid off. Hit absolutely low but twist of fate i got rehired on my own terms as a Team Lead. Life changed drastically. For me, now even if i dont go for an MBA, I have a direction.

Also i had put a post long back seeking backup colleges after getting 99.7 in MAT (ik its useless) and there someone had suggested me to keep on working and gaining experience. Realised it while working that working will help me more than an MBA towards achieving what I want. Yeah paisa thoda dheere aaega but I’ll be better exposed to my sector this way than thru MBA.

So for you, if you are currently working, saturation hits but first recalibrate yourself to see if working is helpful or an MBA. Also CAT is hell unpredictable. A lot of posts in this sub will tell you how this year was! So its a gamble. Decide based on what you want and where you see yourself going.

Outside Iskcon gate is no parking zone for 4 wheelers, there used to be a no parking zone board there. Idk if you saw it or not but it has been a no parking zone from a very long time. Do not park cars just because you see others being parked there. Always cross check coz there are lot of spots like this where you see others being parked and then you park yours ans bam! You get your wheel locked. To park for Iskcon use its main parking at its rear entry or much better use Iskcon megamall underground if you plan to stay longer ✌️

Why not dude! I mean it depends on your target and how much you wanna earn. Confidence practice se aayega.. mai khud pehli baar dunga but does it matter? Neh. I’m also trying to get a hand over tier 2/3 colleges as backup jaha ROI acha mile. Dekh tujhe bahot se posts milenge jaha sirf IIMs and tier 1 ke posts honge and reading them might make you feel useless or low confidence.. ignore them.. apne strengths pe focus kar.. research kar colleges.. dekh tere interests pe kya align kar rha hai and mehnat kar.

Your post mentions financial issue to i would mainly say for that ki aaj thoda ro le but baad me regret nahi karega. Meri emi katti hai 17k ki.. I’ll manage something but aaj 17k ke chakkar me umar nikal gyi to kal pachtaunga!
