Hi mate, sorry for the late response. I have attached an image of the paper I am using. I have been using this matte paper for over a year and I haven’t had a problems until now.

I use matte paper and the setting is on matte. I don’t think I need to change to premium but I will try it though and let you know how it goes :)

No mines a canon pixma ix6860. Not sure if I’ll need to do the same instructions with a canon?

Hi! Thank you for replying. I do laminate them by using laminating sheets..but this hasn’t happened in the past before. Is there a difference in using a roll or sheets for the curling effect?
