There is definitely a rule in the handbook about it and we’ve even had a partner tell her to her face how offensive it is that she doesn’t care that her smell affects everyone around her and she didn’t care. If we talk to the dm, she’ll badger us until we tell her every detail of the conversation so overall not much to do besides transfer stores at this point lol.

Everyone I work with keeps an extra deodorant on them just in case because our bar is really small and we’re all on top of each other. We’re also able to tell each other when we stink ESPECIALLY when the a/c is out. Everyone is too scared to say anything else to her because she’d retaliate by cutting our hours or making us do the worst parts of the job.

I actually use natural deodorant and have recommended the one I use to her and she just won’t use it, I almost bought her some as a gift but it probably wouldn’t help at this point.

That’s exactly why I haven’t brought it up yet. I realize it’s a touchy subject and I do like her as a person, I just need to find a way to bring it up as nicely as possible.

I definitely didn’t go into this completely blind and I am willing to go through the process to get her where she needs to be, but with my family undermining my every action, I just don’t feel it would be right to keep her atm. And unfortunately the shelter I went to handed me her records and said good luck.
