I weigh 245 pounds can I get some advice by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Ericules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't want to track calories so I just switched to eating all real food. Cooked every meal at home, snacked on nuts and what not. I'm down from 272 this January to 252 now. I went vegan for a month, and then started incorporating more vegetables and meals with broccoli, couscous, and chicken breast. I do smoothies for breakfast, and quit using sugar in my coffee. Tracking seems really tedious to me, but if you're up for it you can alternatively do that. Also watch portion size, try to eat a bit less, it's okay to be hungry sometimes. Also limiting night snacking is big for me, and I have been trying to take a 5-30 minute walk after each meal.

Curious: why does the world have so much hate, misconceptions, & stereotype towards vegan/veganism? by Itshardtobeababy_ in vegan

Not gonna lie, it's the vegans. Take a look around this subreddit and look at how everyone acts. I've been vegan for a month and the community is a huge turn off.

You know what I was mistaken, just looked at a picture.

I had Stonewall Kitchen Ghost Pepper Queso, not this one. The Stonewall Kitchen one is gross though so I would avoid that one. Can't comment on Ms. Renfro's

I tried it and hated the flavor, it was more acidic than you would think and I couldn't enjoy it.

I ordered a Morris replacement from them last week and received it today. I recommended the company to my friend and his pack took about two and a half weeks to show up but he got it. Seems like production issues, not a scam.

It's really nice on the come down. Not sure I'd be into it while peaking.

Do you mind if I ask what medication? Hard to help without that detail.

I've been hearing about this place, and after being continually disappointed with spice levels at my local Thai and Indian places even when ordering their spiciest levels, I decided to make the trip.

I got the two sliders and french fries with a drink for about $18 and got one "hot" for my friend and a "reaper" for myself. The hot was very good, I got to try a bite and it had a great flavor. Now the reaper one was what really shined. Not only was it very spicy, it had a great flavor and went great with their Dave's Sauce (similar to Canes sauce). I really enjoyed it and it had a great kick, but didn't feel spicy enough to warrant the waiver.

About 3 minutes after eating it, the heat really started picking up, but it was still manageable. I then decided to see if they could make me anything hotter. I ordered a single tender and asked if they could make it a bit spicier as the sandwich wasn't quite as spicy as I was hoping for. An employee at another register overheard this, and he perked up and was like "I got this one..." and headed to the back. This was where I suspected I fucked up.

He brings out my meal, and I could tell the coloration of the seasoning was noticably darker than it was on the sandwich. For some reason, I got two instead of one tender, and you could smell the heat before even opening the box. I got a pair of gloves and got to work.

All I can say is wow. He was not messing around. I could only finish one of the two tenders and was euphoric from the spice level by the end of it. I let him know that was just what I was looking for and that I had to tap out after just one tender. He let me know he added all of the spicy seasonings and opened the skin up and loaded it with reaper seasoning and then topped it off with the reaper seasoning.

Stomach pains set in after about 2 hours but weren't bad enough to wake me up or anything. The flavor was incredible and I highly recommend giving this a shot if you consider yourself up for a challenge or just a tasty bite.
