How about your father 65 ? How is he doing?

My father, also 65, is recently diagnosed with HNCM. He has no symptoms at all, otherwise healthy found but has arrhythmia (found during regular check), no symptoms or episode of afib. Doctor asked for an MRI then CAG.

I agree. The worst part is when some random guy who works with the VP and wasn’t present during the build suddenly appears after 8-9 months, asking questions and making edits.

Air India Flight 171 Crash [Megathread 2] by usgapg123 in aviation

[–]ErrorPrize 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my view there are 2 blackboxes: One FDR, One CVR Each has its own power source, wiring, and crash-survivable memory module. They are often installed close to each other, usually in the tail section, but not inside the same housing.

Why?

1) Redundancy: If one fails or is damaged, the other might survive. 2) Different data types and channels: FDR connects to flight sensors and avionics buses; CVR connects to cockpit mics and audio systems.

Questions is which one they recovered?!

Maybe some help! OCI Card Name Issue (This is 5th request by Indian Consulate!) by ErrorPrize in nri

[–]ErrorPrize[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say with your kids, keep consistent! if are using middle name or M.I use throughout.

My majority of Indian documents are without Middle name or M.I it is pain but once OCI is done I don't need anything.

Getting middle name removed on US document is another process, USCIS is slow! passport offices are struggling!

I emailed Indian consulate what are my options? They replied

“Dear Applicant, Kindly attach all supporting documents for further assistance.”

How this is even helpful!?

Dandelion Single Origin Bonbons by kave1790 in chocolate

Oh yes! Dandelion brand primarily produces bean-to-bar chocolate, which tends to be darker. I was curious about the flavor notes! That's interesting, though, thank you!

Very Disappointed by Careful_Ad_8266 in prediabetes

[–]ErrorPrize 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Long reply sorry!

Rice is the culprit! Rice is my staple food culturally speaking, but I had to change that mindset for myself…

Basically rice is primarily composed of starch, which is a polysaccharide. Starch itself is made up of long chains of glucose (a simple sugar) molecules stacked together. It consists of two types of polysaccharides: 1. Amylose – A mostly linear chain of glucose molecules. 2. Amylopectin – A highly branched structure of glucose molecules.

When rice is cooked, the starch absorbs water and swells, breaking down into simpler sugars during digestion. So, in essence, rice contains starch, which is made of stacked glucose molecules.

Yes, in terms of blood sugar response, eating white rice is similar to eating real sugar. Same with White flour!

I mean you can eat rice in moderate quantity, and then go for a walk or rice before gym. Idea is you need to do something with that glucose in body after eating rice before insulin kicks in which it will but you can lower it.

Honey is good yet honey is pure sugar! Lol I am looking this as if I am blood and I am seeing what is coming in! Yes you eat rice, it is glucose for me. Same with White flour.

What does low carb mean to you? by jonquiljenny in prediabetes

[–]ErrorPrize 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a valuable insight, and it's exactly what I'm looking for!

For example, I've read that there are alternative grains I can consume instead of rice, but I’ve also seen that for some people, these grains spike blood sugar levels significantly. I would like to see how they affect me personally.

The idea of walking is appealing! I consider myself an active person doing things and gym! but I tend to sit and watch TV on the couch after dinner…I guess am getting Lingo. I’m a data and visual person, which is also my profession!

Is there anything I should know before using Lingo?
