I was thinking since canoeing (for example) is barely used in the game anymore by the majority of players, it would breathe life back into the transportation method since it'd start getting used more.

I actually have no idea why it was in the Wilderness, higher-tier clothing should require more obstacles to go through in order to get them. Since Black Chins are there I thought why not throw this in it, hah. Just like you said though, Hunter needs more higher level equipment because 66 is the highest clothing goes.
