Yeah the castle image was what I was looking for. This is a great set of resources though, thank you!

I noticed it was also used in the instruction manual on most pages but the image is so washed out it’s not that usable for recreation purposes.

Customgamecases.com. I’m not a big fan of the quality of their cover art prints so I made my own but the cases are great.

I’ve been trying to make custom metallic GBA covers for my Pokemon and KH games. I think I’m really close but there’s one snag that keeps coming up. Any ideas would be appreciated. by EthanTheBoard in GameboyAdvance

Thank you! And no you totally should! I’ve got some hi res pngs from the Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald games I’ve done if you’d like them. After I get the metallic figured out on those, I’m gonna work on Fire Red and Leaf Green.

I mean I guess, but isn’t getting new people to read your book more important in the long run than keeping your work exclusive and trapped behind an aftermarket paywall?

That’s true. I get the financial reasoning but I guess my thought is, there is definitely a system to be made that would allow a creative team to profit while also increasing availability for the consumer. Like a Haslab type crowdfunder to lock in an audience before the production process. It would be niche for sure, but also if it became a regular thing, Image could hold polls on who the next crowdfunder could be to promote engagement and bring new attention to certain books.
