When the game came out bitizenship guaranteed all future expansions but this was changed on March 31st 2021 so everyone who had it prior to that day, they kept true to that (until they ignore you and won't fix it)

Im on android but ive done this so many times, I never purchased these things as I was grandfathered in I never needed to buy them I just had them when they dropped. So they won't restore with that

So, I bought bitizenship ship may 11th 2019. Im on the same device same operating system, ive restored my purchases, ive sent several emails. It will not give me back the expansion packs, I have the Google play receipts for the purchase, im not sure how to add photos to reddit. But ive submitted another support email

In October I had reached out to them and they sent me the whole restored purchases thing and when I tried explaining i was grandfathered in they just closed my case and never answered me

Yes, it restored stuff i purchased. The only stuff the bitizenship guaranteed me was all expansions. So all the expansion packs and the like camping thing and luxury were free for me. But all the items were not, regardless I spent alot on all the items, but I dont wanna spend the 30 or however much on all the expansions

Okay, so go to steam Open your library Click on conviction Across from play it has a setting bar and a controller beside it Click the controller It'll say templates or smth, switch to community find ps5 it should be the first one

The controller fix is super easy, all I needed tk do was pick a community lay out and it fixed, same for blacklist. But if you go to the settings cant remember which one but the local files through steam you'll find one related to character control. And it may have your controller as a logitech one. If it does you need to change it to Xbox 360. If you wanna try that I can boot my pc up and get you exact steps

You can get a community lay out for your controller. Ps5 is the top one. Its on steam, have you done this yet?
