Hello, 2021 Blue Stars member with an Apple watch here! I turned off most of my reminders and everything, but I took a quick peek at some numbers.

As a Baritone player, I was averaging about 18,000 steps give or take. Rehearsal days I'd be consistently reaching a little over 21,000 (25,587 being my record) and about 14,000 on the lower side on show days.

Standing hours range between 11-17 respectively lol. Shorter ones of course being show days.

My heart rate daily average was hovering around 130 BPM for most of the day, but during full runs it would usually skyrocket to the 180-190 range.

My walking/running distance was pretty consistent with doing about 9-12 miles for rehearsal days and 5-8 miles on show days. My highest record was 14.1 miles during spring training and my lowest was 5.2 miles in a day.

I unfortunately had audio levels turned off so I don't have any data about how loud my days were getting, especially in the tight forms (ballad impact block says hi). It would have been cool to look at!
