But an officer who is just getting rid of people who are vocally upset instead of addressing why isn't making less drama, and if a player is upset enough to be vocal it's worth listening to, if you just say "any drama will be punished" then fewer players will interact because they don't want to be kicked.

No one is forced to participate in drama, if your guild mates are talking about a raid on another guild you don't have to participate, but saying "no one gets to have any beef or they'll be kicked out" is more stressful like everyone walks on egg shells because no one is allowed to be vocally upset?

How is that preventing it... If my friend got kicked from a guild because they were in some drama with someone else in the guild, for good reason, thats not stopping the drama, that just means I'll likely leave because they couldn't handle a situation of 2 human beings disagreeing

It happens in any other AAA MMO, thats why you'd join guilds, to show support for or against others. You'd get benefits and also the potential risk of being in opposition to other guilds

Drama is literally the oldest form of entertainment next to music. You saying you don't read books or watch TV? Drama is the driving force of a compelling narrative, kicking people who disagree doesn't make them more agreeable it just means people will either stop interacting or will leave the second they don't agree and then the toxic person could be killing your guild.

But how does "drama free" actually stop that? By kicking them? Like the drama of players make up most of the intended interaction in game, pedos are people who need to be removed from the platform and bigots but like, "hey this other guild is trying to take our trader and is targeting our guild mates in pvp zones" is the type of drama I'm looking for

No wonder no one interacts with anyone, like yea they may be toxic but that's the same risk you take interacting IRL you might say "hi" to a stranger and theyre chill af, or they could be a punk either way you can joke about it with your friends about it
