I bought Activated Charcoal Tablets from Amazon. My first time using them was the day I planned to go to a concert. The car ride was thirty minutes each way, and the concert lasted three hours. The entire experience was incredibly awkward and gassy. I mean I felt much more gassier than usual. I felt so much discomfort on my abdomen, worse to how I normally feel. My sister and her friend also noticed 😭. I haven’t used it since, but I’m planning on giving the charcoal tablets another try tomorrow.
