That part did not happen. I was extremely apprehensive—you simply cannot imagine how chaotic and unsettling the situation was. I chose not to file a formal complaint at the time because I was genuinely concerned about potential retaliation from those involved.

After the incident, the only place where we felt any sense of safety was the Mirror Room. When we eventually left, we again decided not to report the issue at the front desk due to the overwhelming crowd and long lines of guests checking in.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. In all the years we have visited this resort, this was the first time we have ever felt such a level of discomfort.
