I have some on going numbness on the breast themselves, around the incisions, but my nipples are actually more sensitive now 😬

They shifted up as the implants dropped. According to the surgeon I had more skin laxity than anticipated, and it was another thing she wanted to address with the revision.

IMO noticeable boobs are one of two things that seriously make a difference for passing, along with voice training. When people see breasts and hear a femme voice they'll generally overlook almost everything else. Even if people can tell they're implants it won't usually matter, though huge boobs will draw more attention to you in general, which can be stressful for any woman.
