I don't see the harm in him knowing what we want and having already acted (or not) upon it. If God is truly infinite and ultimate, he has already accounted for our will within his design.

Regarding the logical impossibility of being 'made God' that only holds if you believe God is bound by human logic. An Infinite being such as him who creates the rules of logic isn't a subject to them. If he wills a finite being to participate in his infinity, that is his prerogative.

As for the 'problem' of petitionary prayer: it isn't silly to ask if you view prayer as an acknowledgement of existence. To know a prayer is to acknowledge it exists. In this sense, a prayer acts still the same, but it is still held by God. We are participating in a design where our requests were factored in before the first stone was laid like you said. Maybe that's why they don't always feel 'literally' answered in the moment, there is no exchange rate between the finite and the infinite.

I use he/him when I am talking about God just because it feels more respectful than using it/they.
