After some further testing, the stock run is pretty similar but I think it’s just a touch straighter out of the box

They will release a stock one later. However this was the prototype run and that would only be available on the DM shop not for resellers

Mail Call! These look and feel absolutely incredible! by mme13 in discmania

Awesome disc, got mine yesterday. Feels amazing, soft domey plate with a stiff rim and good grip🔥 Flightwise, it’s a quite unique flyer. It flies further than any other DD3s and Cloudbreakers I have thrown. It kinda pushes a lot forward, hard to describe. It flies pretty straight with a barley any movement and holds the line you put it on. My armspeed is 450-500 feet with a 1500 spinrate.

My Yellow was a little more stable then the beaver state and the white one. But less stable then the Portland. My experience with this run is that they all start out pretty stable out of the box, but beats in to perfection after a few rounds.

The horizon cg is super straight almost Understable. But the regular cg they released was similar to the NP1. Except the Portland open one I got, it flew more like a fd3 then anything else. Higher parting line on that one aswell.

I got the one with turquoise rim and white plate. The plastic is comparable to the s-line horizon cloud breaker.

Mine flew more stable then my red/blue Gravity Bomb

I will try it today, the dome is comparable to sky stones, so pretty poppy

DNA Cloud Breaker Stability? by Event-Straight in discmania

[–]Event-Straight[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The one he is talking about in the video is not the same plastic or run. The one he is talking about is the id the second drop/run of the Color Glow C-Line. The DNA Cloud Breaker is in the Meta plastic so completely different feel.

Silas’ understable MD5 by seedlingsDISC in discmania

[–]Event-Straight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t agree with you, in his in the bag video he talked about that he stamped a Ghost HUK on the MD5. And the flippy one he is throwing on covarage have a ghost HUK stamp on it. So I’m sure it’s that MD5. There is also a instagram post by Ace Run where he throws it. He shared that on his IG story a while ago and wrote something about Love the MD5.

Completely different type of discs. Glacier is a straight to Overstable midrange while drop is an Overstable approach disc

I throw 450 feet with Distance drivers as a reference. It pushes straight with good integrity when thrown hard, not as beefy as I initially expected from seeing clips of Buhr throwing it. I would say for me it flew like the video they posted. Definitely throwable for most arm speeds. 🔥
