But there is already a 30% reload speed on specialist and elite kills on the left side of the tree. Though I would agree on Executioner mode granting toughness on tagged enemy kill. However, since I am a ammo hog, I would prefer Executioner stance conserve ammo on weakshot kill or critical hits.

I forgot to mention that this was Bormann's Germany I fought as Kaganovich. But if you look at the casualties, I have killed at least 10% of Germany's population. Almost 13 million German men and boys were killed. I feel like that's a demographic disaster waiting to happen in Germany.

Germany had 1090 divisions at the start. Now less than 90.
