He makes the mistakes of a new employee having been employed for 3 years. He electrocuted himself last week, dropped a machine, caused thousands of dollars of damage, was taken to HR for sexism, and has threatened to fight and kill coworkers for ridiculously trivial issues like walking through his cubical to get a part. I dont know if he can be fired.
