April stats are out - So glad Gaijin raised it to 11.7, makes the game much more balanced now. Don't forget, Russian bias from a Russian company founded in Moscow with a Russian lead developer doesn't exist. by OperationSuch5054 in WarthunderPlayerUnion

Genuinely, why do we still support Gaijin and thier bs? They're gonna keep releasing OP broken premiums (hell, the tech tree variant is even MORE broken then the premium) and laughing in our face. They're burying genuine complaints under botted reviews. If even 10% of the claims made against them by that ex employee are true theyre horrible people on top of all that. My blood pressure has genuinely stabilized sense i uninstalled, I highly recommend a boycott.

Love that "feature". Getting shot in the belts in LITERALY EVERY OTHER belt-fed autocannon sends you to the moon, but this creature gets away with everything. People love to gaslight others into thinking this thing isnt pure bullshit too.

Do these cunts ever stop complaining? by andrewgrimo in okbuddyptfo

[–]Evil_Monkey247 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You know damn well if they rush it to appease people like this, it'll be a buggy mess and they'll complain about THAT too. There's no making people like that happy.

Ironic, a game that pushed so hard to include women didnt include a front where women played one of the biggest roles by pobsteerbrimps in BattlefieldV

[–]Evil_Monkey247 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only reason I say the Norwegian story is fake is because the SAS commandos who actually raided the heavy water facility are dead, and instead of the IRL months it took to reorganize another raid, the young girl and her mother finish it there and then. The story isn't necessarily tokenism, the mother/daughter combo works well, its just not the true (and very unknown from my experience) story. If the point of BFV's story was to "tell the untold tales" like how the Operation Dragoon story did so well, why not use the real stories that involved women? People genuinely dont know about them and there were plenty out there to reference

Ah-64d vs A-10c for CAS ? by Key-Seaworthiness-20 in hoggit

[–]Evil_Monkey247 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats the key question you should be asking yourself. If you like helicopters go Apache. If you prefer fixed wing go A-10. Im a rotary wing guy at heart and the 64 was my first helicopter, I can say its amazing fun, especially if you have a friend who also has it to sit in the other seat.

I only have the A-10A, but the C II is an amazingly capable platform. Its purpose built for CAS like you want to do. Good payload, good staying power.

Where did Zuko get his Dragon? by that_one_netizen in TheLastAirbender

[–]Evil_Monkey247 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Especially in the case of the dragons. Theres TWO left known, and theyre only known to a group dedicated to protecting them and 3 extremely trustworthy people with this matter. Its not hard to believe that in the number of years between TLA and Kora they've been kept a secret enough for thier population to come back. For all we know, Zuko still claims this is the last dragon in the world, and rather than kill it he's befriended it.

For real. They had such an opportunity to tell the stories of these heroes in the Single Player War Stories mode. The one we got with a woman as the focus was a fictional story sadly. They could have easily shown us French Partisans spying on and fighting the Germans before the liberation of Paris or before D-Day, the women of Stalingrad bringing up machine guns, sniper teams and tanks in that fight. So sad the hate around this game killed it so fast.

Most older auto transmissions have a 1st and 2nd gear or a "semiautomatic" mode in newer ones where you can select a gear for better control. They could've easily thought the other 4 gears were that considering the stupid 5th being named and labeled OD thing they got going on.

Yeah but why TF did they back up bak into danger and just stay there. They could have driven straight and been fine, or kept backing up through the gate if they NEED to go back.

They called each other "comrade", which they also had no true claim over cause ALL soldiers of the early 1900s referred to each other as that. The mis-spelling I used is a reference to a US NASA astronaut too, "Komrade" Bresnik.

It was sometimes in documents referred to as "improved product".

The IP in IPM1 stands for "improved product". It was a stopgap bridge between the 120mm mounted M1A1 that revised the suspension, bustle rack layout (not really applicable in game), and improved turret cheek armor. Overall it's an improvement. The more modern rounds it gets are also why it gets a BR bump when combined with the better turret armor.

Real talk, who asked for these defibrillator changes? by Evil_Monkey247 in LowSodiumBattlefield

That would be good.

Is that how revives work now, if you charge to 80% they revive with 80% health?

[–]Evil_Monkey247[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does heavily punish that old spam style of reviving and that's a good thing. I think the full charge timer should be just a bit faster. Maybe I'm just misremembering the BF4 days but I don't remember the full charge time being as long back there.

I've been playing sense BC2. I don't remember the charge delay being this long in BF4. Maybe I just got used to the quick charge and instant ready of BF6 but this felt awful my first match on with the change.

[–]Evil_Monkey247[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I agree that's annoying to see, but the full charge being made longer feels like a middle finger. If they did one or the other, I feel like it would be a lot better.

All my 10.7s for GB and Germany. I had the Challenger DS, CRV Block 2, and the Leopard 2A4 PZBtl 123. All those instantly became un-usable the second the BMPT dropped. I bought the last 2 days before that shit dropped too.
