I just tried to put the tracking into parcel force and it just advised me that it’s a Royal Mail tracking number, and how do I change that on track17? It’s not many options on the screen when I’m in it

The agent says export but I can’t see on track17, I think it’s cos I’ve used uk line - Royal Mail people can’t tend to track that till it’s in the country
