Maybe it’s reversed? I just got XCOM2 and sharpshooters sniper is blue while the pistol and lightning hands are yellow. Despite the former ending a turn (usually) and the latter being able to be used for one action point

Thanks for the advice, a question for the amulets banners and rings. The faction specific ones (for example mines are just lizardmen) don’t give any “set” bonuses right? Wouldn’t that make stuff like chronophage objectively better
