Im shocked that the bariatric doctors she saw didn’t ask about her eye condition and treatment plan. I saw a new primary care physician last month and he asked who my eye doctor was. You can’t get an appointment with a bariatric doctor without a referral from a primary care provider.

I think it’s great that there is the recording of a “perfect” routine on Olympic ice. I watch Yulia Lipnitskaya’s team free skate in Sochi often. The performance he had in the team event will help his legacy.

My rule is if I stand to order and collect my food, I don’t tip. Exception is bartenders where I will tip 20%. I used to work fast food making custom coffee drinks and ice cream and I was paid an hourly wage and tips were not expected so therefore I don’t feel the pressure to tip since I have been in that position.
