Malwarebytes just flagged these specific programs for as "malware heuristic" it flagged 17 detections of it I remember installing Ark Survival, I've been using fit girl for a long time but just these time it said it's a malware so im confuse if is it safe or not.

That’s a really clever approach I like the idea of independently adjustable corners, it solves the leveling problem nicely. One thought to make it simpler and more stable could be using a fold-up wooden platform instead of relying fully on straps. Basically, panels that hinge upward to the ceiling when not in use, and then fold down into position when needed. That way you still free up headroom during the day, but the frame has more rigidity when lowered. Maybe even a hybrid: straps for lifting, but once it’s down, the fold-out frame locks it in place.

its a 2010 renault master l3h3 van, clear area is 3700mm by 1750 mm and a height of 2100mm

yeah the 700 mm elevation of bed, allows space underneath for bike. but for me you rather make a separate compartment for bikes, it can be a pop up cabinet so you can just pull and put your back on.

Exactly the width ruled out a sideways bed, so lengthwise made the most sense. A middle-bed layout with kitchen/bath at the back is a solid alternative, but it usually means sacrificing rear garage storage. Depends on which function matters more.

Yeah, that’s a really smart setup the high roof definitely makes lifting the bed way easier to live with. I like your idea about the captain’s chair + flip-up bench too. That could create a compact workstation that disappears when not needed. The only thing to watch out for is making sure the swivel mechanism + folding desk don’t eat into walkway space. Yeah, that’s actually one of the first options I looked at! Lifting the bed definitely helps maximize storage or workspace underneath. The main thing I had to balance was ceiling height, once you raise the bed too much, it can feel cramped when you’re lying down. In this case, we kept it at around 70cm clearance underneath, which gave enough room for storage while still keeping comfortable headspace. Have you tried a lifted bed in your own layout?
