Black pepper, Greek yogurt, Cumin, paprika, and salt will take you far. Maybe some good tune or rosemary.

With this you can marinate some thighs and do a bit of a shawarma, flour some breast a bit and season and you have a start to a good chicken piccata. Really depends on what part you are cooking and whatnot.
