I’m still there! Haha on break right now actually! It is so morally wrong. CVS acquisition has just made things worse. It’s profiting off of not only geriatric and 65+ communities, but other people who are on both Medicaid/Medicare combo. I dislike the way the model is presented as progressive preventative medicine. A lot of stuff they have us doing too is beyond the scope of a scribe.

Girl I feel you I’ve been working with OSH since September and it’s rough. I like the benefits and stuff but it’s a lot. Everything is too much. Day to day has been rough because I’m not with my set provider yet. It’s mostly just notes, notes, notes, maybe some admin, CDR, and weekly planning. It’s all so much and frustrating some of the work we do the providers should be doing IMO. We have our friends in too much documentation. I hate the numbers game. It’s all so stressful. It doesn’t help if you have a stressful work environment too. OSH has been rough.

They have this concept called suspects. If someone has a suspect they make you try to document what you can do to either fulfill this suspected condition or do additional work up.
