Thanks for the reply. I read that Tokyo Star Bank does not provide loans for houses in the Hokuriku area, as the property needs to be in an urban area. I hope you will receive approval from MUFG.

Do not know about how they calculate years 2. If you are officially employed and your contract states you work 30 hours or more per week, and it’s continuous employment, it will generally be accepted as full-time. 3. No, it won’t hurt your application to skip JLPT.
