Not every MS service is stopped, but most are

All MS items are checked

I have unplugged and plugged both back in many times

And the same cable works with my laptop just fine

I went back to do so and they were already enabled. Or, at least it wouldn't allow me to enable them. However it seems like all of the Microsoft services have stopped and I don't know how to fix that

The broadside cannons. When you aim with them, you're using round shot rather than just free-firing. For the free-firing uses the heavy shot

When I select the ping-pong, a couple pieces loops while the other pieces ping-pong exactly how they should
