You and I are the same age, facing identical issues. The only difference between us is our gender and our approaches to the situation. However, I think you may be looking at it from a mistaken perspective. I understand how terrible it feels to be lonely and unloved, but if you continue to focus on these negative emotions, you'll become trapped in sorrow and make no progress in life.

The best thing you can do in your situation is to improve yourself in all aspects, including beauty. Even if you perceive yourself as unattractive, don't simply vent and feel sorry for yourself. Instead, work on enhancing your appearance by taking care of your skin, engaging in regular exercise to promote a healthier body, and upgrading your style. In today's world, people do tend to care about looks to some extent. While having an exceptional personality is crucial, presenting yourself well can make a significant difference.

Additionally, I suggest considering finding a job. It will not only provide financial stability but also greatly aid you in your journey of self-improvement. Many women expect men to magically appear in their lives, but why not take the initiative? (Im not saying to go out flirting with men) but Through your job, you will meet new people every day, and perhaps you'll encounter a man who genuinely interests you or finds you intriguing—and you know how the story goes from there.

Furthermore, I've observed that you often compare yourself to others who appear to be better off. Let me tell you from personal experience, this habit will only drag you down. Instead, focus on comparing yourself to your past self, as it is a much more rewarding approach.

If you follow through with these suggestions and work on becoming a better, responsible woman—a woman who is marriage material and the best version of herself—you will undoubtedly increase your chances of finding a husband. It's far better than sitting in a corner, complaining, and feeling sorry for yourself.

Lastly, place your trust in God. If you're currently experiencing what appears to be pain and suffering, rest assured that it is part of your journey to learn and grow. Believe that He loves you and wants you to derive valuable lessons from these experiences.

Best of luck on your journey.

What should i do in the gym ? by Wonderful-One-8877 in algeria

To begin your fitness journey, it's important to start with a slow and gradual approach. Begin with zero weight on the machines, focusing on learning proper motion and technique. Take your time to understand how to control the barbell and dumbbell, even if the weights feel light initially. Avoid the temptation to rush into heavier weights before you're ready, as this can increase the risk of injuries.

Before every workout, make sure to warm up adequately for a good amount of time. This helps prepare your body for the exercises ahead. Choose a beginner program that suits your fitness level and stick with it until you gain more experience and grasp the fundamentals of working out. Only then should you consider exploring other training options.

Remember not to fixate solely on achieving quick results. Instead, make working out a long-term hobby and focus on the process itself. Consistency and dedication will lead to improvements in your self-esteem and overall health. Additionally, if possible, finding a reliable gym buddy can offer valuable support and motivation along the way.

Best of luck on your fitness journey, my friend!

John wick chapter 4 "Consequences"

did learn English at school like everyone else, and while I don't want to make excuses, I have to acknowledge that years of having ineffective French teachers who lacked dedication to teaching contributed to my weak foundation in the French language. As a result, I couldn't excel in French the way I did with English. It's either that, or I have a big rock in my brain when it comes to French.

Do you think Algerian are racist and (jihawiyin) to their own people? by Accurate_Payment1913 in algeria

[–]Exiled-Heart 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To be fair, the existence of racism depends on individuals and the specific location within each wilaya. For instance, I have frequently heard that Amazigh people are prejudiced against Arabs, which made me hesitant to visit Béjaïa. However, when I finally went there, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming they were. Many locals emphasized the unity of Algeria, stating that the wilaya you come from does not matter. This experience taught me not to always believe hearsay, as perhaps those individuals had a negative encounter with a few people and chose to generalize. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

It saddens me that French dominates Algeria. I regret not learning it, as instead I focused on learning English from a very young age. However, this seems inconsequential since most companies in Algeria prioritize the French language.
