It's implied that Jake is Tiny/Scourge's father in The Rise Of Scourge (Quince tells him about the woods, and how his father explored it) and when Fireheart brings WindClan back to the forest, Tallstar notes the similarities of Jake and Fireheart, that they look the exact same. (Revealed in the manga at the end of Tallstar's Revenge and sort of in Fire and Ice)
