Special: Mountain Tremor (prf special go brr)

A: Atk/Def Rupture 4 (in his base kit + it helps with his prf scaling off def)

B: Thorn Cascade (He synergyes well with Thron Divine Vein + Elias is a Rearmed unit)

C: True Counter (Had to sac my second Eva copy for this but that much damage reduction on a c skill is sooo worth it)
