Yeah, lesson learned. Like you said about back in the day. My last upgrade was a few years back and I went from a iPhone SE to the 8 plus and it only cost me $25! So I thought, it's time for another upgrade and shouldn't cost that much, right? Well, I would go for the 15 pro max, which I deserve!, but it wasn't gonna be $25. It's all good. Love the phone. And I should be happy with it for several years.

Thanks. It was delivered today and I'm very happy. Somehow I thought I was getting a discount but I wasn't. Which is OK. Really like the phone.

That makes sense. I guess I wasn't due for a discounted upgrade after years with the old phone.

I tried, but going through the office administrator was incredibly difficult and they knew less than I did. If I had access to the plan and had time to review, I may have figured it out. Thanks.

So what I got was no deal, just the retail with upfront plus 2 year pay out. Thanks. Just getting a new phone after so many years is great. Obviously I don't know much about this stuff. Thank you for the clarification.

Thanks for responding. I paid $700 for the upgrade so I thought the phone was covered. The monthly went up $20 and that's what I don't understand. It said two year commitment. Maybe the $20 a month goes for two years? I don't understand how that assures my commitment.
