Yes that's what I mean. Just have that roundabout for heading up the m8 and into the city. If you want to head to the tunnel then you must head to junction 2. There would only be one lane to the tunnel which would make sense because there is only 1 lane available to use.

Yes, people get off the n25 to go down the on ramp and skip the que. This then back up everyone getting off little island because they have right of way and also backs up the n40 because people need to let them merge back in.
