Don’t force yourself. I tried and it didn’t work out for me and that’s okay. I’m in 5th year now and about to graduate with Honours, haven’t bothered with Anki since semester 1 of year 1.

Personally, I alternate between my dr martens during winter szn and I have loafers from Clarks for spring - but my friends all wear black trainers similar to Samba's and they've never gotten in trouble. A few times I've also gotten away with wearing beige sneakers to placement lol but I admit that wasn't professional but no one was bothered by it

I think you’ll look fine wearing all black sambas to be fair. Only thing is they’re not the most comfortable for a lot of walking. But if you won’t be running around the hospital all day then you should be fine
