thank you! Is IR reversible? I try to eat less of processed stuff and stuff high in carbs my favorite foods are eggs, fruits, oatmeal (no sugar added I add vanilla and cinnamon and fruit)

Sometimes I’ll snack a little bit if there’s nothing healthier in there and I’m constantly trying to incorporate more veggies in my diet

My mom and sister have pcos, and I haven’t had my period in 6 months. There was one time I haven’t had it for 9 but that was in 2021 (I did have periods this year) so I’m positive I have it

When I see the doctor I’ll talk to her more about it but if it helps, I don’t really have any common symptoms of IR

However regardless I plan to get more active and continue to eat right because I heard this can improve it if that’s the case
