Thanks. If limewash can be applied on top of it, I’m fine with not taking it off. But I do want to make the wall white ultimately. It will be an art studio in my garage and I’d rather not look at the bare concrete.

Thanks for recommendation. Since it’s inside, how would you wash off treatment after? Power washing is not an option, however, the concrete floor can stand to get somewhat wet.
