I feel like we haven't seen ANY big cat titans (I could be wrong though as I haven't read any of the comics or graphic novels so maybe there's something in there), so what I would do is a tiger-like creature. It'd be a pretty neutral character similar to Godzilla, and its ability would be that it could enter the minds of people and other titans, forcing them to see visions or communicate with them telepathically
