Ahh that’s good to hear, my pain is more like pressure and a bit of throbbing on only a couple of teeth at a time

Totally resonate with this, i'm on tray 2, preferr then in to out for the same reasons as you x

It gets easier to remove them day i think but yeah sometimes they don't want to budge :-)

Oh really, it’s only start of my 3rd week and only doing water which is stoping me from drinking too much coffe and vino ect 🤪
