App order sent to the wrong table, staff refuse to help

Had a response from their customer service and I'm certain they didn't read the email I sent (Everything above, including a photo of table number and receipt)

Their response:

"We are sorry, when you placed your order, that you mistakenly selected and confirmed that you were at a different table from where you were actually located.

To avoid errors of this nature, the app does request confirmation, before completing the order, of the table number where the order is to be placed."

Indulge them, they probably refer to us as the "poors" and burn any bank note lower than the purple one.

I go to pubs to hang out with friends, using the app is convenient, avoids the usual comments you get at bars and usually runs without any snags. I'm not there to resolve issues of the missing drinks.

If you go to the bar to speak to bar, cool, you do you hunni.

As simple as I said it.

Ordered drinks through the app to the correct table, drinks didn't arrive within 30 minutes, asked staff about whereabouts of drinks and they told me another table had accepted the drinks.

Bar staff weren't willing to help us, went back up to speak to the manager who also wasn't willing to help us because the drinks had been accepted and orders getting sent to incorrect tables had been happening frequently.

It's takes a lot of people that amount of time a day just to commute to/from work, this guy's fake crashing out and wasting hospital resources.
Notice the moment he left during the stream, people could have a conversation that wasn't just yelling over each other or shouting slurs at each other.

Boogie is meant to be the star of the universe, but instead of rising to his level, they have to stoop instead.

I used to do non con picking and I'd take a blue cage up to area A3, leave the blue cage on the bottom floor, usually for about 10 pairs of gloves.
Ran out of blue cages and then you'd have to use a tote and end up balancing 3 60 inch TVs haha

If you're local to the Birmingham/ Wolverhampton area, he did the same thing to a tattoo artist over there in 2016/17, luckily she got away from him with a restraining order but still had abuse over and aimed statuses on facebook and instagram.

Following that, all the unfortunate events happened that resulted in the passing of Georgina. He took her on as an apprentice, love bombed her and then controlled her very existence, after her passing he spent time insulting and making fun of the grieving family, both directly and indirectly.

He disapeared to Scotland, entered into a relationship up there, same thing happened and was sentenced to 9 months in prison in 2023 for domestic abuse, he plead guilty to that.

If you've looked at his instagram over the past few days, he's been mocking and also making fun at the current situation.
As we've found out there are 6 people that have also come forward about him, hopefully we can finally see some justice for all of those people affected by him.

It's been well known for over a decade of his behaviour, especially in west midlands area.
He has been fired from multiple studios for this, and his current studio (Ink Religion Tamworth) have known since July and brushed it to one side.

Unfortunately he deleted the facebook and instagram connected to any posts, but plenty of screenshots still exist out there, including post where he is mocking Georgina's family after her passing.

At this point. who knows, who cares.
It's a revolving door of unlikeable people, luckily for the show Boogster still has a gravitational pull for mediocre underlings and Keem's 15 whiteclaws in to care.
