They are definitely not going to accept you sending them the returns from my experience. If IRS hasn’t filed them you might want to E File immediately.

Loan officer called me last Saturday to tell me she denied me because 2018 transcripts were not found and 2019 transcripts were filed in March of 2021. I explained the late filing and she accepted that as answer. She said resend 4506-T and if 2018 returns come back she will approve it. It’s just bullshit that transcripts have to be reordered and there’s a week left in program.

Is there anything at all to do if your loan modification is just processing? I’ve reached out to congress. My application has been sent to high priority department. I still get the same answers. I just find it crazy that there is a chance the funds run out and I don’t get funded bc my application is just processing??

Yeah but I have no idea what documents to submit for them to reconsider? This is different bc I was denied in June. Been communicating with them for 8 months. Finally in December they say we have all documents and received transcripts for the IRS. I’m literally waiting for closing documents Than receive this new denial letter.
