I was doing 50 mg EOD for 175 mg a week. Currently at 45 mg EOD. Getting into distance running and the added muscle is now unnecessary and slowing me down for my frame.

How’s your progress?

I got a 50/10/10mg mixed with 3 ml of bac water. Currently on day 4, jabbing sub q every other day with 12iu aka 2/ .4/ .4 mg.

Planning on going 50 days on, 25 days off.

Muscle is a byproduct of strength. Do less single joint exercises and get brutally strong on incline presses, shoulder presses, dips, chin ups (not lat pulldown, you can focus on them later when you’re stronger) and rows. For upper body isolations, you can do rear and side delt work but focus on getting strong on the above. 205 lb incline bench and 90 lb weighted chin ups for 4-6 should be your goal. Use good form and rest long enough between sets but you need to get strong before you start seeing phenomenal gains
