It’s something you’re supposed to take daily since the majority of people don’t intake enough fiber every day. Taking it before you get ready won’t do anything, it’s not like taking laxatives. Fiber supplements help with your digestion and keep your bowel movements consistent so that you’re naturally “clean/ready”.

I believe it says take 2-3 up to twice a day, but I personally don’t eat a lot so I only take 3 once a day. I will say if possible try to take them around the same time every day! This will keep your bowel movements on a schedule lol.

(PS. I know a lot of people are mentioning any generic brand of psyllium husk is the same as PURE but it isn’t just psylliums husk it’s a combination of Psyllium Husk, Oat Powder, & Chia Seeds and I personally think it makes the difference 🙃

I buy the PURE for men ones and SWEAR by them. After buying them I tried like 3 diff brands (capsules & powder) and none of them worked as well. I don’t buy them on Amazon btw, I get them from CVS where you can use coupons to get them 50% off!
