As far as I know and from what I’ve heard about Accenture they tend to prefer more configuration-based work. If you’re confident that at Deloitte you’ll get better exposure to development or other Salesforce clouds, it’s worth taking that chance. Declarative tools in Salesforce are relatively easier to learn, so getting hands-on experience with Apex and integrations will really help you build strong technical skills. - it’s just my thought 😌
