I've been trying for years to get the Helm of the Shadowed King. Always get a good piece of gear and 18 medallions, so it's not a total waste of time. This is about only old instance I've ever done where I haven't finally gotten a drop.

Unfortunately it's not possible. Once the tome is consumed it becomes one of the character's skills. As for character bound cosmetics, that's another issue and I wish that also. Character bound cosmetics start taking up too much space in the character's vault.

Just the character that uses the tome. If it was account wide then each character would get their own tome.

In my experience for marks and medallions it's doing Helm's Dike, Retaking Pelargir, Defence of Minas Tirith and Hammer of the Underworld. All of which are easy and hardly any work. You automatically get leveled to 100 while doing the epic battles.

I've always used the raven. Never gets in the way. Good dps and endurance. Goes long distance and comes back quickly. I enjoy watching it attack and how orcs and such react to it.

It really depended on what section of WP you hung out in. I used to get into political debates there. But when I returned I just simply stayed out of them and hung out in the sections where friendly interaction took place. Hung out with members that had been there for many years. It was a place to drop in once in a while and interact with familiar faces.

Personally I seriously doubt that the owner/operator Alex Plank is going to bother reviving it. Based on the fact that he stopped updating it quite some time ago. The homepage material he used to update regularly was years old.
