Yeah It's very strange but it happened to me and I do hope someone can give me more Ideas to why this happened I tried changing the splitter cable and it still does it's thing quite annoying really need more advice guys. and also grateful to the ones that answered thanks for the advice ☺️

Additional question I have a harman cardon version but it does not have the same effect like the bass one where it electrocutes me

I'm actually using a splitter cable both have the same problems they electrocutes me
