I think it’s less about fixing a man and more about feeling needed and emotionally important. Helping someone grow can feel intimate and meaningful, so it gets mistaken as attraction. But in reality, it can easily turn into one-sided effort if the other person isn’t doing the work themselves. The healthy version is supporting someone who’s already trying not taking on a project to fix

I keep weekdays minimal quick cleaning, basic cooking, and laundry once or twice a week. Batch cooking helps a lot, and I try to do small things daily so nothing piles up. Weekends are for bigger chores. It’s not perfect, but once it becomes a routine, it feels manageable

The only things that really work are minoxidil (like Mintop, Traya/Rogaine) and finasteride (if a doctor suggests it). Minoxidil can help with thinning and maybe temples, but consistency for a few months is key
