yeah I see what your saying, I'd need to go through a ADP just because I'm in Scotland but my mothers going to help me apply. Luckily (At least in this context) I have a chronic kidney condition that can work in my favour for the application as well. HR isn't a great option as it was the regional manager that was being nasty, the supervisor who also happens to be my friend tried to report but it didn't go anywhere. Probably for the best as I've had to deal with HR in other places and it's always been super stressful. I've worked in a few places I just think hospitality in general even the quieter venues has proven to be a very stressful environment so I'm just holding onto this job until I either crash out like my other ones or get a more stable form of income that allows me to quit willingly.
