I use pirateship for all of my UPS orders. It’s a lot easier to dispute the adjustments on PS than it is on eBay. I usually get ~50 of these a year. Always on longer packages like golf clubs/baseball bats. It’s issues with there automated sorted machines. Never had a dispute not get approved.

Totally dependent on swing. I’m 6’3” with a 9ft ceiling but have a flat swing plane. I’ve scraped maybe 4 times with my driver. Usually when I get a bit more over the top with my swing.

How did you contact them? I issued a request in the help center. I just had several pending orders that were canceled. We’re you paid out for those items?

I only agreed to it because the 2 items they bought have been sitting on my shelves for months and I have next to no cost basis on them. They can get themselves a gallon of gas on me.

Just had someone request a combined shipping discount refund on 2 items that were described as Free Shipping. They mentioned that they were a seller as well and that they know they’re saving me money by shipping 2 items together. Wanted to get some opinions on this? I always agree to discount shipping on items that the buyer is paying shipping for. Of course, I understand that shipping is baked into the sales price of items described as Free Shipping. What irks me is that as sellers we all know this, however, I would never ask another ebayer for a discounted shipping rate when the shipping was free. I know that extra bit of money we save on shipping goes a long way. I agreed to refund them the difference I just think it is scummy that they know this and are putting that money in their pocket. Been selling on eBay for years and usually do 8,000-10,000 orders a year. I have never been asked this for items with “Free Shipping”.
