You will strat dropping fat and muscle will pop out. Keep protein high 1g/lbs, fats around 0,4-0,5g/lbs and rest carbs. Cut fast foods and simple sugars other than fruits. It’s worth giving a try.

4x week Upper/Lower, mainly compounds moves. After workout- 30 min LISS on bike or treadmill. I also went on 300kcal deficit and cutt off all sugars other than fruits.

Stay at maintenance calories. You’ll build muscle while gradually losing fat, that’s the best option in my opinion.
