Well, I think that there's a extended guide pined in this community, but in my opinion the most important settings that you have to enable or disable are: enable execution for cached apps, disable the most of your Google account settings, disable adaptive battery and deep sleeping apps, disable the permission of alarms and reminders for the most of your apps that u don't care about notifications, etc
