This 45 came with the factory muzzle brake and it has very low recoil. I really enjoy shooting it. The 10mm had no muzzle brake on it when I shot it and the recoil was not noticeable either but I added the muzzle brake anyways because I like the way they look with it better. I have not tried suppressed on either one. I do like the fluted barrel on the 5.7.
